Scouting Report
The Russian is a big goalkeeper who uses his size to cover a lot of net. He moves well side to side and has fast reflexes along with an excellent glove hand. However, he is not as good at handling the puck as he thinks he is, and occasionally gets himself into trouble by trying to do more than he should (instead of letting his defensemen do the work). Has had occasional bouts with injuries and inconsistency, but can carry a team when at his best even in his 30s.
Long Range Potential: Quality goaltender (when healthy).
