The Russian forward had his draft year end early when he was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma, but he was still the 20th player chosen in 2022. When healthy, he plays with speed, power and skill, and he can score a lot of goals. He is fast enough to beat defenders, powerful enough to bull his way through them and can also contribute on the power play.
