The Swedish defenseman is trying to carve out an NHL role after putting in his time in his home country and the AHL. He can move the puck efficiently and has produced good offensive numbers during his climb to the NHL, despite not being a natural power-play quarterback. Does not have the kind of size to be a physical presence in his own zone, so he will have to generate consistent offense in order to secure a regular spot on an NHL blue line over time.
