The late-blooming goalkeeper has finally lived up to the promise that made him the 11th player taken in the 2010 NHL Draft, and has become a reliable starting netminder. Is very athletic for a 6’2” goaltender and plays with great confidence and increasing consistency. Still has to prove that he has the abilities needed to carry the load for a full season (and through the Stanley Cup Playoffs).
