He is still a good skater, despite being on the far side of 30 in a career that has seen him lose chunks of time with injuries. He can no longer put up the offensive numbers he did in the mid-to-late 2010s, but remains a good two-way player who is best on the wing (because he has never been terribly effective on face-offs). He relies on his speed and skating skills to compensate for his lack of physical toughness.
