Scouting Report
One of the NHL's smallish defensemen, he more than makes up for any lack of size with his offensive instincts and mobility. Is very good at moving the puck out of trouble in his own zone and has developed into a solid player in his own zone. Provides a veteran presence and mentorship to younger defensemen. Injuries are an issue for him, mostly due to his lack of stature.
Long Range Potential: Solid, veteran two-way defenseman (when healthy).
