Has everything required to play huge minutes (in every game situation) at the highest level: a very projectable frame, solid skating ability (which keeps improving), offensive skills, toughness and the ability to utilize his big frame effectively, confidence and defensive acumen. He is the type of defenseman coaches use on the shutdown pairing. He also displays a huge shot from the point, so he is a solid option on the power play. In order to maximize output in the NHL, he will need to bulk up and get a little stronger. He also needs some polish when defending one on one, but that should come with experience.
Long Range Potential: Quality, all-around defenseman with upside.
