Korenar has signed a two-year contract with HC Sparta Praha of the Czechia league, Arizona Coyotes Insider Craig Morgan reports.

Korenar was reassigned to AHL Tucson on Saturday.

The Coyotes demoted Korenar from the taxi squad to AHL Tucson on Wednesday.

Korenar will get the starting nod in Sunday's preseason tilt with Dallas.

Korenar will start against the Kings in Monday's preseason contest.

Korenar and a 2022 second-round pick were traded by the Sharks to Arizona in exchange for Adin Hill and a 2022 seventh-round pick Saturday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.

Korenar signed a one-year contract extension with the Sharks on Tuesday.
