A hard-working overachiever, he has proven capable of producing good numbers (eventually) at every lower-level stop. The late-blooming forward has always needed extra time to adjust whenever he moved up a level. Lacks ideal size for the NHL game. Will need to embrace his role-player status in order to maximize his appearances in the National Hockey League.
