Finn was one of five players traded to the Islanders on Thursday in exchange for forward Michael Grabner, Stephen Whyno of The Canadian Press reports.

Matt Finn inked a three-year, entry-level deal with Toronto on Tuesday. The Leafs selected him in the second round of the 2012 draft. He has 20 points and a plus-15 rating in 21 games with the OHL's Guelph Storm this campaign.
