Fraser has been traded to the Blackhawks along with Andrew Ladd and Jay Harrison, Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun reports.
Fraser signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Jets on Thursday, Gary Lawless of the Winnipeg Free Press reports.
Fraser scored the first goal of the game and then added an empty-netter with two seconds left in regulation. He has eight goals and four assists in 58 games this season.
It was the first two goals of the season for Fraser. Carl Soderberg had assists on each score. Fraser was also plus-one with five shots on goal.
