J.P. Anderson has been assigned to AHL Worcester.
Anderson had been playing for the ECHL San Francisco Bulls, but that team folded. The rest of the Bulls players under contract with the Sharks moved to ECHL Ontario, but it looks like Anderson is moving up. He had a 3.48 GAA and .892 save percentage in 14 games with the Bulls.
The San Jose Sharks sent goaltender J.P. Anderson and 11 others to the minors.
Also reporting to Worcester of the AHL will be: Jimmy Bonneau, Riley Brace, Chris Crane, James Livingston, Travis Oleksuk, Sebastian Stalberg, Marek Viedensky, Konrad Abeltshauser, Kyle Bigos and Dylan DeMelo. No one is expected to have fantasy impact in the NHL this season.
