The pint-sized winger (5’9”, 161 pounds) found a way to survive in the NHL because of his skating ability, hockey sense and offensive instincts. Could make plays on the move and was willing to stick his nose in the dirty areas, although he did not win many battles in the corners because of his lack of size.
