The big defenseman did a lot of things adequately, but nothing spectacularly. Had good defensive instincts, a big shot from the point that he should have used more often and the ability to eat up a lot of minutes. He was a solid shutdown defenseman, although he did not always use his physical strength to its best advantage.
Long Range Potential: Solid, unspectacular minute-munching defenseman.
