The third player taken in the 2007 NHL Draft saw his game fall off a cliff over time. He was regarded as a scoring center for much of his career but dropped to a depth role late in his NHL stint. He skated well, had good hockey sense and was a decent playmaker. However, he was not a great fit for teams that played an up-tempo style (which was nearly every organization by the end of his NHL playing days). Was never much of a physical presence, either. | |
