Owned tremendous size and strength, and was at his best when working the corners of the ice. Was physical and could drop the gloves as well. Was fast for his size and had what it took to score goals, including a bullet for a shot. Consistency always escaped him, which is why he never hit the next level of production in the NHL. Struggled because he was not able to play with an edge at all times, and he could never get by with talent alone. Also, his play in his own end was not great. | |
