The playmaker had excellent vision and hockey sense, and he was quick rather than fast at the National Hockey League level. Could play either wing or center. At 5’10”, 189 pounds, he was smallish by NHL standards. Staying healthy was a problem for him at times. Excelled in front of the opponents' crease, particularly on the power play. | |
