Scouting Report
His skating skills never eroded even as he got older. He worked hard every shift, killed penalties well and was a threat to score when his team is down a man. Never a big point producer, he was the type of player a coach could put on the ice to protect a late-game lead. Could also play any forward position, and became an accomplished defensive center late in his NHL career. Injuries were always an issue for him.
Long Range Potential: Speedy, reliable checking forward (when healthy).
