| Had a massive, rangy frame and he used it to cover a lot of net. Was very agile for a 6'7" goaltender. Took charge and handled the puck with aplomb. Flashed excellent fluidity and awareness. Was capable of stealing games for his team. Sometimes he got caught out of position while trying to handle pucks. Occasionally dropped to the ice too quickly and got out of his stance, leaving him vulnerable. Had durability and stamina issues, and serious injuries wiped out most of his last few seasons in the NHL. | |
