Scouting Report
Played in control and without a lot of panic in his own end. Also displayed a great combination of size, strength and skating ability. Could log big minutes against the opposition's best. Owned a very big shot and was also a good passer. Had both offensive acumen and shutdown capability. Did not always use his size (6'3", 220 pounds) enough to intimidate opposing players, but when he did he was a real force to be reckoned with on the ice. Lacked high-end offensive skills, aside from his big point shot. Could at times leave himself exposed to the big hit. His NHL career ended prematurely due to a serious back issue.
Long Range Potential: Excellent all-around defenseman (when healthy).
