Kept the game simple on most nights and had exemplary team skills. Blocked shots and was most effective in penalty-killing situations. Could shut forwards down in a pinch. Led by example and was a very good teammate. Did not own ideal puck-moving skills for the blueline position and had limited talent, overall. Struggled when handling the puck, especially when under pressure. Had to endure a lot of wear and tear throughout his career. | |
