His brother (Matt), father (Brian) and uncle (Jim) all play(ed) in the National Hockey League, while his grandfather (Elmer) was a scout for the Montreal Canadiens. So, his lineage and pedigree are outstanding. Can control the game from the back end with high-end offensive awareness and a tremendous feel for the offensive aspects of the sport. Is a natural at quarterbacking the power play and producing points. Lacks size and strength, so he needs to add bulk and get physically stronger. Also, he must become a better defenseman when he does not have the puck on his blade in order to maximize his NHL output. Otherwise, he could be cast as a specialist with the man advantage at the highest level.
