Scouting Report
Spent parts of three seasons in the USHL, followed by three years at the University of North Dakota before signing as an undrafted free agent. His game improved with age and he worked very hard to reach the National Hockey League. Could stand to add more bulk to his 6'0" frame (and get physically stronger in general). Moves the puck well and is fairly mobile, although he is not a natural offensive defenseman at the highest level.
Long Range Potential: Late-blooming, puck-moving defenseman with some upside.
