Has plenty of hockey sense and good pedigree as the son of former NHL winger Scott Pearson. Also has a very projectable frame and should wind up playing at well over 200 pounds as a pro. Can be imposing. At times, he can be accused of being a bit overly aggressive and needs to cut down on the number of bad penalties he accumulates. Will also need to fill out in order to maximize production at the highest level.
Long Range Potential: Big, cerebral center with some upside.
