In Kesler, the Ducks finally land the coveted No. 2 center to play behind Getzlaf and attempt to rival the Los Angeles Kings' center depth. Kesler's two-way prowess should work well in Anaheim. He should be a featured performer on special teams, as well. The Ducks also received a third rounder back in this deal, which helps off-set the four assets surrendered in this deal. Anaheim had two first rounders in this year's draft, so they did well to keep the higher pick.

Bonino should slide immediately into Kesler's old second-line center role in Vancouver. He is young but also owns fairly substantial NHL experience, which is what the Canucks were seeking if they were to move Kesler. Sbisa is a solid defenseman who has battled injury in recent years. His arrival could push another Canuck out the door--namely veteran defenseman Jason Garrison. Adding a second first-round pick in this year's draft was also huge for Vancouver.

Kesler's fantasy value won't change much because he played a ton in Vancouver in all situations, and will continue to do so in Anaheim. Sbisa could see more ice time in Vancouver and now owns a bit more fantasy value. Bonino could see more responsibilities in Vancouver, but also more scrutiny. His status is largely unchanged, too.
