In Petan, the Maple Leafs land a versatile, feisty forward who should play a role as a bottom-six forward in Toronto. He has significantly more upside than Lindholm, so this is a very solid trade by Leafs GM Kyle Dubas.

Lindholm was playing regularly in Toronto, which may no longer be the case after moving to the Jets. Winnipeg has several other depth forwards, so Lindholm will need to fight for his playing time from now on.

Petan may be worth a speculative pickup in very deep fantasy leagues. Otherwise, take a wait-and-see approach. Lindholm provides zero fantasy value.
