A pure contact hitter, he makes consistent contact at the dish and can usually hit for a high batting average. Owns decent pop for a middle infielder. Can also play third base and the outfield, which adds to his overall value. Will always have to hit for a very high average (with consistency) because he does not hit a lot of home runs. Needs to become a more efficient base-stealer. Must also avoid being labeled a utility man in the big leagues.
