Aquino is still only 23 years old but has already been property of six Major League Baseball squads with this latest move to Baltimore. He'll start out in Double-A ball and could be a rotation option for the Orioles at some point next season. He's a decent gamble at this point.

There simply was no room for Aquino on the deep Cardinals' pitching staff, so they moved him to Baltimore in exchange for some cash. St. Louis would have likely turned Aquino into a reliever due to the numbers game, so it's better for Aquino to move on yet again.

Aquino has marginal long-range fantasy upside but is still at least a year away from reaching the bigs. While he should be on the radar, he is not an option for this year.
