Hawkins gave up one run, two hits and a walk in one inning of Sunday's victory over the Orioles.

Hawkins will be available for Tuesday's game against the Phillies, Mike Wilner of Blue Jays Talk reports.

Hawkins has been traded along with Troy Tulowitzki to the Blue Jays, Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports reports.

Hawkins earned his second save in Tuesday's win over the Athletics with a clean inning.

LaTroy Hawkins collected his 17th save of the season in Wednesday's defeat of the Padres. Hawkins allowed a walk but no hits in a mostly clean and efficient ninth inning. The 41-year-old was on the brink of losing his grip on the Rockies' closer gig at the end of May, but he has settled in since with a 2.53 overall ERA and 1.12 WHIP in 32 innings for the season.
