A big-time power hitter, he has outstanding run-producing qualities. Patient, he draws a lot of walks and is improving on cutting down on his strikeouts. Can play both first base and left field. Is not a very good defender, so his long-range future may be as a designated hitter in the American League if he does not show improvement. Needs to become a more consistent hitter for average.
