In Jankowski, the Reds acquire a solid left-handed bat and quality outfielder who can also run the bases with aplomb. He will likely come off the bench in Cincinnati and be used at all three outfield positions.

Jankowski battled injury issues throughout his time in San Diego and did not see more than 347 at-bats during his five-year stint with the Padres. So, the team moved him for some international bonus pool money.

Jankowski could have some fantasy value if he wins a starting outfield job with the Reds, which at this point is not likely to happen. Therefore, he should not be drafted in most 2020 league formats. However, keep an eye on his progress throughout spring training.
