Had a huge frame, good instincts and run-producing ability at the dish. Could play great defense at first base, which added good value to a team in MLB. Did not hit left-handed pitching as well as right-handers. Also lacked patience at the plate, so he did not draw enough walks vis-a-vis his strikeout rate.
Long Range Potential:	Solid left-handed batter and defensive first baseman.
