Scouting Report
Had an ideal pitcher's frame and electric stuff, so he was capable of racking up huge strikeout numbers. Had an especially good fastball. Eventually found his niche pitching in relief in MLB. His command was not great: some of his pitches had a tendency to elevate, resulting in too many home runs allowed. Injuries were an issue for him throughout much of his career in MLB.
Long Range Potential: Solid right-hander (when healthy).
