A tall, rangy athlete who was very fast for a player his size, he owned a natural swing with all-around ability.Was very good defensively. Could play all three outfield positions. Lacked a lot of consistency with the bat in the big leagues. His walk/strikeout ratio was usually not very good. Did not make the most of his physical gifts. Had injury issues, as well.
Long Range Potential: Athletic outfielder, when healthy.
