Guillermo Moscoso has agreed to a contract with Nippon Professional Baseball's Yokohama Bay Stars.
Moscoso was cut loose by the Giants in November after posting a rough 5.10 ERA, 1.37 WHIP and 31/21 K/BB ratio across 30 innings of work in 2013. The exact financial terms of his deal with Yokohama have not been disclosed. It's presumably a one-year contract.
