Has as much hitting acumen as any player in Major League Baseball. Is the total package, which also includes a great throwing arm from the outfield and plenty of athleticism. His approach to hitting is terrific. Injuries are what might prevent him from becoming an all-time great, since they have already been a factor in his development and early portion of his career in MLB. Also, he can be a little bit surly at times.
