| Mixed a two-seamer and four-seamer in the low-90's, with a strong curveball. Could induce a lot of groundball outs. Had terrific command when on top of his game. Was also a bit deceptive. His sinking action did not always sink, which left him susceptible to the long ball a bit too frequently. His changeup was only an average pitch. Injuries were always an issue for him, unfortunately. | |
