Possesses a sweet swing and a superb overall approach at the plate, showing excellent patience, a keen batting eye and power. Is athletic, a clutch RBI producer (even as a pinch-hitter) and tough out overall. Like most lefties, he is not nearly as good a hitter against left-handed pitching as he is against righties. In fact, he struggles against them. Is a somewhat limited defender, as well. Is prone to hitting slumps.
Long Range Potential: Solid, veteran left-handed hitter.
