| Had very good power and drove runs in regularly. Also displayed an outstanding throwing arm in the field. With more power also came more patience at the dish. Could play both the outfield and third base in MLB. Nagging injuries over time diminished his overall form. Also, he lacked a bit of consistency in terms of hitting for average. Was a better defender in the outfield than at the hot corner. He was a very dynamic player who displayed plenty of emotion on the field. Had a flair for the dramatic, too. | |
