A big southpaw with a mid-90's fastball and good slider, he could at times display the ability to dominate on the mound. Was also very tough on left-handed batters and turned himself into a quality late-inning reliever. At times, he struggled to locate his pitches and lacked command. Injuries were also an issue, so staying healthy became harder over time. Struggled when he was a starting pitcher in the big leagues. | |
