A hustling, high-energy player, he hit for a good average with some pop, while taking a solid number of walks--without striking out much. Piled up steals, doubles and runs. Lacked offensive consistency in a big way, and his streakiness was extreme. His all-out style of play sometimes led to too many injuries. Was never very efficient when on base.
Long Range Potential: Speedy, switch-hitting outfielder, when healthy.
