Scouting Report

Showed a good eye at the plate and displayed solid power. Was fairly clutch as a run producer. Somewhat versatile with the glove, he owned the ability to play both third and first base (although he struggled defensively at the hot corner). Became increasingly streaky as a hitter and was not as patient at the plate as he was earlier in his career. Lacked speed and was not a great base runner.
