Ryan Adams has been suspended 100 games for his second positive test for an amphetamine. Adams was released by the Dodgers earlier this month, so he'll begin serving the suspension once he latches on with a new organization. The 27-year-old hasn't appeared in the majors since 2011 and is strictly minor league fodder at this point in his career.

Dodgers signed 2B Ryan Adams to a minor league contract. Adams hit just .224/.312/.353 with four homers in 2012 with the Orioles' Triple-A affiliate and didn't play at all last season. He's merely a depth add.
