Manager Pedro Grifol said Saturday that Ramos (quad) will likely being a rehab assignment at Triple-A Charlotte within the next few days, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Ramos was placed on the 10-Day Injured List Friday by the White Sox.
Ramos (quadricep) is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Nationals.
Ramos was removed from the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader with the Nationals due to left quadricep tightness. He went 1-for-2 with a run scored prior to exiting the contest.
