The Diamondbacks optioned Barrosa to Triple-A Reno on Friday, Jesse Friedman of GoPHNX.com reports.

Barrosa started in center field and went 0-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Tuesday's 8-7 win over the Giants.

Barrosa went 1-for-1 with a double and a run scored in Sunday's 14-3 win over the Dodgers.

The Diamondbacks recalled Barrosa from Triple-A Reno prior to Sunday's 14-3 win over the Dodgers. He came off the bench in the victory, doubling in his lone at-bat and playing three innings in left field.

Triple-A Reno reinstated Barrosa (undisclosed) from the 7-day injured list Monday.

Triple-A Reno placed Barrosa on its 7-day injured list June 11 with an unspecified injury.

Barrosa (hamstring) began a rehab assignment in the rookie-level Arizona Complex League on Thursday and has gone 2-for-6 with a run scored and an RBI in his first two games with the affiliate.
