Grove was removed from the Dodgers' NLDS roster due to an injury, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

The Dodgers recalled Grove from Triple-A Oklahoma City ahead of Sunday's 14-3 loss to the Diamondbacks. He was used out of the bullpen in the loss, covering 1.2 innings and striking out a batter while allowing two runs (one earned) on three hits.

The Dodgers optioned Grove to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Saturday.

The Dodgers reinstated Grove (ribs) from the 15-day injured list Wednesday.

Grove (ribs) has pitched in three minor-league rehab games with Triple-A Oklahoma City, allowing one hit and issuing two walks while striking out three batters over three scoreless innings.

Grove (ribs) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sunday, Alex Freedman of okcbaseball.com reports.
