Cantillo is no longer starting Wednesday's game against the Reds and instead will pitch in Friday's series opener versus the Astros, Zack Meisel of The Athletic reports.

Cantillo is scheduled to start Saturday's game against the Rays in Cleveland.

The Guardians recalled Cantillo from Triple-A Columbus on Monday.
