A hulking left-hander (6-6, 240 pounds) with long arms, he generates good velocity on his fastball (and his pitches tend to reach batters more quickly than usual due to his wingspan). Also features a good changeup. Lacks command of his pitches. His breaking ball is below-average. Has some trouble repeating his delivery, mostly due to his size. Does not have enough of an arsenal to pitch as a starting pitcher in the big leagues.
