Owns a large frame (6'2", 240 pounds). Is a consistent strike-thrower when he is on top of his game. Always battles when he is on the bump. Is hard to size up as a hitter. Can provide innings to a pitching staff. When his pitches elevate too much, he gives up too many long balls because he does not have enough stuff to make batters miss often. Always needs to have pinpoint control in order to be successful in MLB.
