Generates tremendous bat speed at the plate, and has pure hitting talent that cannot be taught. Is also extremely versatile, capable of playing all over the infield (and the outfield corners). Displays bigtime power. Is still somewhat raw and unrefined as a hitter, so he needs to continue to make adjustments at the dish. Could stand to draw more walks, but he is a free swinger who lacks optimum plate patience for MLB.
